My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. The service I received was outstanding, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The location was picturesque with easy access to amenities, but the early sunbed reservation issue was a real letdown. Overall, while there are great aspects, some improvements are necessary to elevate the experience.
