Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Resort, Hurghada

My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. The service I received was outstanding, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, but the dining experience left a bit to be desired with some monotony in the options. The location was picturesque with easy access to amenities, but the early sunbed reservation issue was a real letdown. Overall, while there are great aspects, some improvements are necessary to elevate the experience.
